About Me
Hello, my name is Michael Serrano, and I am currently a Senior Fashion Merchandising Student at Dominican University, while also working in Visuals and Operations at Crate & Barrel. With several years of retail experience, I have grown passionate about using my creative eye and hands-on operational skills to make my product displays stand out and connect with my customers in the home fashion industry. As I progress in my career, I hope to continue to apply my visual merchandising skills in the home fashion industry, create more meaningful customer experiences, and help Crate and Barrel grow as a brand.
My Goal and Purpose
My ultimate goal is to build a career in visual merchandising and retail space planning in the home fashion industry with Crate & Barrel. I want to be able to combine my creativity and fashion knowledge to create visually appealing displays that create meaningful experiences for my customers.
